 By accessing or using our website and services or by downloading our app/logging in, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a respectful, safe, and positive experience for all members of our community.

 To use Kinnect Today, you must be at least 13 years of age or older and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

 Kinnect Today provides AI-generated, uplifting messages meant to promote connection, healthy well-being, reduce loneliness, and boost emotional support. These messages are designed for you to reflect on, personalize, and share with your friends and family.

At Kinnect Today, we are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and optimistic space. All users are expected to maintain kindness, empathy, and positivity in all interactions and content shared through our platform.

By using our app, 

• You agree that the messages generated are suggestions and you are responsible for any messages you choose to share.

• You may modify or rewrite messages before sharing them. At this time, no images are generated by Kinnect Today, and there is no accountability for any sort of images or videos generated and/or shared.

• Kinnect Today is not responsible for the content once it has been shared externally. 

• Communicate respectfully with others.
   
• Share only uplifting and appropriate content.
   
• Uphold the spirit of connection and care that Kinnect Today was created for.

 By registering or logging in, you consent to:

•  Message exchange from Kinnect Today on the phone number you used to sign and/or recipient's phone number.

• Receiving follow-up communication via your registered email and/or phone number.

  You may opt out of receiving communication at any time by sending an email to:

The following types of content and actions are strictly prohibited on Kinnect Today:

• Use of foul, offensive, or abusive language
   
• Sharing explicit, violent, or disturbing imagery or messages
   
• Content involving drugs, abuse, harassment, nudity, or hate speech
   
• Any form of bullying, threats, or targeted harm

Kinnect Today will not take any responsibility for such behaviors and will terminate the account immediately. Users must also note that our messages are sent via WhatsApp or your phone messaging platform (SMS). If the receipts decide to block you, they can use WhatsApp and/or their phone messaging platform (SMS) to block the sender in order to prohibit any new messages from being sent in the future.
 

If a user is found to have violated these terms in any way, Kinnect Today reserves the right to:
 

• Permanently delete the user’s account
   
• Ban the user from any future use of Kinnect Today services
   

No warnings may be issued prior to account termination in cases of serious violations. Users are solely responsible for any messages, images, or content shared under their account.
 

We encourage all users to report inappropriate content or behavior. Reports are confidential and help us keep the Kinnect Today community safe and welcoming for all.
